Don't miss this Saturday's (June 20, 20206) 37th Annual Barney Oldfield Race paying $5,000 to the winner of the Valvoline American Late Model Iron Man Series feature event! This will cap off a full day honoring the Wauseon, Ohio, native and racing pioneer, Berna Eli "Barney" Oldfield. Festivities begin down the street at the Museum & Welcome Center of Fulton County, Ohio Saturday morning with free activities including screenings of Barney Oldfield movies (yes, he was a bit of an actor too), artifacts, car show and much more.
Then the gates open at 4pm at Oakshade Raceway for Saturday's headlining act, the Barney Oldfield Race. Hot laps/qualifying start at 6pm with racing at 7:15pm. Joining the Valvoline American Late Model Iron Man Series will be the Dominator Super Stocks and Compacts. Adult general admission is just $20, kids 6 -11 are $5 and 5 and under are free. Pit passes will be $30.
