(Updated 4/18) Oakshade Raceway will celebrate 50 years of racing in 2025 with weekly racing programs on Saturday nights at the 3/8 mile speed plant. The race season will officially kick off on Saturday, May 10 with DIRTcar UMP Late Models, DCR Graphics Sportsman, Dominator Super Stocks and Compacts. Those four classes will be in action just about every Saturday night this summer.
Some special events highlighting the 50th season of racing at Oakshade will include the annual Barney Oldfield Race on Saturday, June 14, the Birthday Race featuring the DIRTcar UMP Summer Nationals Late Model tour co-sanctioned with the American Late Model Iron Man Series and the Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals on Saturday July 19. Make sure to check out the Vintage Thunder on Dirt with the Vintage American Race Cars (VARC) on Saturday August, 9. In September, the Dominator Super Stocks are featured in the Papa Boiler Dominator Super Stock Spectacular on September, 13 and the season wraps up with the Showdown Series pitting the Oakshade Dominator Super Stocks against the Dirt Trucks on Saturday, September 27. As always there are no price increases for special events so you will never get surprised at the gates with a higher than expected admission. General admission prices will remain the same as last year with ages 12 & up: $15, Kids 6 – 11: $5, Kids 5 & Under: FREE. Pit Passes will be $30 this year. All gates will open at 4pm for most events with hot laps/qualifying at 6pm and racing at 7:30pm. The Birthday Race is the only event that will have a different schedule with gates opening at 10am.
