Damage to the facilities from a windstorm Monday evening along with an over abundance of rain, Oakshade Raceway has canceled this weekend's scheduled season opener. This will hopefully allow track officials to make repairs and allow things to dry out. Oakshade Raceway will now attempt to kick off the 2026 race season on May 9th with a full racing program of UMP Late Models, UMP Sportsman, Dominator Super Stocks and Compacts with gates opening at 4pm and racing at 7pm.
