With the intense heat forecast for Saturday, Oakshade Raceway officials decided to push back the start times for this weekend’s racing program. Gates will still open at 4pm, but hot laps/qualifying will now start at 7pm with racing starting at 8pm. In action will be the Oakshade/Attica Late Model Series, DCR Graphics Sportsman, Dominator Super Stocks and Compacts. In addition, there will be double features for the DIRTcar UMP Late Models to make up for the rained out feature from 6/8.
As a reminder, the Night of Wheels kid’s bike giveaway portion of the program was postponed to Saturday, July 20.
