The 28th Annual Barney Oldfield Race paying $5,300 to win will be made up August 12th. The event was rained out after the first UMP Late Model Consi last weekend. In addition, the regular UMP Late Model program on August 12th has been changed to a $2,000 to win American Late Model Series event. So there will be two ALMS feature events that night.
Other make up races will be run July 1st and 8th. Bomber heat 5, Compact heats and A Main, and the UMP Sportsman feature will run July 1, in addition to the full program already scheduled. Bomber features will be made up the following week. Check out the event schedule page for more information.
This weekend Oakshade Raceway will host the only Ohio stop for the American Ethanol Late Model Tour which will pay $4,000 to win. UMP Sportsman, Bombers and Compacts will also be back in action with gates opening at 4pm and racing at 7:15pm.
Grooving, Siping, Pinning/Needling or Aggressive Grinding is NOT permitted on any tire.
