The first special event of the 2017 race schedule is coming up this Saturday, May 27th with the American Late Model Series paying $2,000 to win. Also in action will be UMP Sportsman, Bombers and Compacts. Gates open at 4pm with hot laps at 6pm and racing at 7pm.

After two consecutive rain outs, Mother Nature finally smiled down upon Oakshade Raceway with great racing weather allowing for the kickoff of the 2017 racing season. After two consecutive rain outs, Saturday, May 13th will serve as opening night for the 2017 race season at Oakshade Raceway. General admission is $12.00 ages 12 & up. 6-11 $5.00. All pit passes $20.00. Gates open at 4pm with racing at 7pm.

For the second week in a row, the weather has forced the cancellation of Saturday night's racing program at Oakshade Raceway. On the schedule for next week (5/13) is a full show of UMP Late Models, UMP Sportsman, Bombers and Compacts with gates opening at 4pm and racing at 7pm.

Due to the rainy conditions, Oakshade Raceway officials were forced to postpone the start of the 2017 racing season. Tonight's (4/29) racing has been canceled.
